  • Remaining Camp Dates:
 Week 5 July 17th -> July 21st
 Week 6July 24th -> July 28th
Prep Week C L A S S   F U L L
  • Drop off time: Between 8:30 & 9:00am
  • Camp Program from: 9:00am to 4:00pm
  • Pick up time: Between 4:00 & 4:30pm
  • After-Hour care (after 4:30) is available for an extra fee.
  • Note: Camp dates are final and are confirmed as CMS has published its final 2017/2018 School Calendar. 
Registration Dates
  • Registration is first opened to "My Chinese TreeHouse" After-School Program members on February 13th, 2017.
  • Registration for the general public, begins March 13th, 2017.
  • Registration deadline is June 1st, 2017
  • All Week 1 Camp fees to be paid in full by June 12th at the latest.
  • Withdrawal deadline: June 12th, 2017.
Either way, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours to confirm your registration is complete and your child’s seat is secured.Go to TOP

Camp Registration Guidelines

1) Registration Checklist.

To be considered registered, you must have:

1) Completed the registration form for each child;
2) Provided payment in full per child by due date to secure seating;
3) Have signed and dated the Summer Camp Waiver. 

Parents or guardians MUST provide ALL of the above items before we can complete the registration process and a child can be fully admitted to the camp. There will be NO exceptions.

2) Non-refundable payments:

  • If you must withdraw after the deadline of Friday, June 12th, 2017, NO refund will be given and any scheduled payments will still be due. (Exception are made for medical reasons - see below)
  • Withdrawals due to medical reasons, documented by a physician, will be eligible for a credit. Credit amount will be a pro-rated portion of the program fee paid, based on the date referenced on the doctor's note.
This allows us to be fully organized to offer all of our campers the best camp experience possible.

Regardless of the registration method chosen, a confirmation E-Mail will be sent to you within 24 hours, to confirm that your registration is complete and your child’s seat is secured.  

 Seating is limited so please register ASAP!

Camp Deadlines & Info


If attending more than 1 week, payment can be made in installments, according to payment schedule below.
  • There is a 10% sibling discount where applicable.
Week 5 due date Week 6 due date Prep Week due date
 July 10th, 2017 July 20th, 2017 August 15th, 2017
(A $15.00 late fee will be added if payment is made after due date.)
  • The deadline date for late registration is June 12th, 2017, if space is still available. A $15.00 late fee per child will be added if registering after June 10th, 2017. Full Payment is due at this time.
  • Please note that an email message responding to you at the time of registration will be your only payment reminder.
  • Invoices will not be mailed out to registrants via USPS.



Late Payments

  • Payments received after the balance due date will be charged $15 per child, once the late fee has been assessed, only PayPal or cash will be accepted.
  • In addition, if payment is not received in full according to the dates listed above, the camper will no longer be admitted to the camp.

Agreement

  • By completing the registration form and signing the waiver, you agree to all policies and procedures as stated above.
