My Chinese Tree House

ChildBook was started in 1997 by offering Chinese Books, Music, and Video's to help Children learn more about the Chinese Language and Culture. Childbook was founded by a Husband and Wife who got frustrated trying to find good materials to bring up their daughter bilingually (Chinese and English). It's now 11 years later and we are still going strong.

The Little Lotus Troupe, led by Ms. He, is a performance group organized to offer a unique opportunity for children of Chinese heritage to learn and enjoy traditional and contemporary dance and other Chinese performing arts.

Families with Children from China (FCC). FCC is a nondenominational organization of families who have adopted children from China. FCC provides a network of support for families who've adopted in China and provides information to prospective parents.

(Every year in Freedom Park) This fun filled event is designed to promote and stimulate interest in the arts. It provides the opportunity for all to see, hear, and learn from over 150 artists and crafts people who actively demonstrate and display their art.

This group is for information exchange between the parents/guardians of K-8 students attending Waddell Language Academy's Chinese immersion program in Charlotte, NC

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) is located in the Charlotte, North Carolina region and provides academic instruction, rigor and support each school day to more than 133,600 students in kindergarten through 12th grade in 178 schools throughout the cities and towns of Mecklenburg County.
